Residential & Commercial
We offer a wide range of services to both Buyers and Sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our support begins at the start of the transaction and continues through to the closing. This includes preparing and negotiating offers to purchase and purchase agreements for both parties. We review title reports and inspection reports, assist with mortgage processes, and address any issues that arise to ensure a timely closing that satisfies all parties involved.
For Sellers, we carefully review the purchase agreement, prepare deeds and additional documentation, and attend the closing on behalf of the Seller.
For Buyers, we also review the purchase agreement and the title, while working with various lending institutions to facilitate a smooth closing process.
At Murphy Prior & Infantolino, we operate in all areas of real estate development, which includes site selection and acquisition, as well as assisting with state and municipal permitting issues through to sales. We represent both landlords and tenants and can help with condominium formation and regulation, leases, evictions, and mediations between parties.
